✅ The company reserves the right to deny or cancel service in case of false or misleading information.
3. Booking & Payments
✅ All bookings must be made through our official website, mobile app, or authorized representatives.
✅ Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
✅ We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment methods via Razorpay or similar payment gateways.
✅ Any fraudulent transaction will lead to cancellation without refund and may be reported to legal authorities.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is detailed here. Key points:
🚖 Car Rentals: Free cancellation before 24 hours, partial refund within 24 hours, and no refund for last-minute cancellations.
💼 Memberships & Franchise: Membership fees are non-refundable, and franchise fees are refundable only within 7 days.
💰 Investment Contributions: Refunds are not applicable after 7 days.
5. User Responsibilities
✅ Users must follow all applicable traffic rules and maintain proper behavior with drivers.
✅ The company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, or government regulations.
✅ Users must return rented vehicles in proper condition; any damage will be charged accordingly.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liabilit
