5. Cancellation Policy ❌

  • πŸ›£οΈ Outstation Rides: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance.

Cancellation rules:

  • πŸš• If the driver has already reached the pickup location, partial fare may be charged.

6. Driver & Vehicle Responsibility 🚘

We ensure safe, well-maintained vehicles and professional driver behavior. However, the company is not liable for unforeseen delays, breakdowns, accidents, or traffic conditions. We will provide necessary assistance in case of any issues during the trip.

7. Customer Responsibility πŸ™‹

  • 🚫 Carrying illegal or prohibited items in the vehicle is strictly not allowed.

8. Outstation Travel Terms 🧳

  • πŸ“ Minimum daily usage may apply (e.g., 250–300 KM per day).
  • 🍽️ Driver food and accommodation charges must be covered by the customer.
  • πŸ—ΊοΈ The vehicle will operate only on the route specified by the customer.

9. Cargo & Mini Truck Service Terms 🚚

  • ⚠️ The company is not responsible for damage caused due to improper packing.
  • πŸ‘· Loading and unloading must be handled by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

In case of any dispute or legal issue, the jurisdiction will fall under Kolkata, West Bengal (India).
