A. Car Rental Services

πŸš– Within 24 Hours of Pickup Time – 50% refund (50% cancellation charges apply).

πŸš– At Pickup Time or No-Show – No refund (Full fare will be charged).

B. Membership & Franchise Fees Additional non-returnable items:

Membership Fees (VIP & Prime): Non-refundable once paid.Franchise Fees: Refundable within 7 days of payment, provided no business transactions have been initiated.

C. Investment & Partnership Fees

  • Refunds are not applicable on investment-based contributions after 7 days.

2. Refund Policy

βœ… Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

βœ… If the payment was made via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will reflect in the bank account within the stipulated time.
