At Yascarryme (OPC) Private Limited, we follow a clear, transparent and customer-friendly refund policy. Our aim is to maintain fairness for both customers and drivers.

1. Cancellation BEFORE 24 Hours โณ

  • ๐Ÿ“Œ If the customer cancels the booking 24 hours before the pickup time:
  • ๐Ÿ’ฏ Full Refund will be provided.
  • โŒ No cancellation charge will be applied.

2. Cancellation WITHIN 24 Hours ๐Ÿ•’

  • ๐Ÿ“Œ If the customer cancels the booking within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time:
  • ๐Ÿšซ No Refund will be provided.
  • ๐Ÿš– Because the driver & vehicle are already assigned or reserved.

3. Advance Amount More Than โ‚น1000 ๐Ÿ’ณ

  • ๐Ÿ“ If advance payment is more than โ‚น1000 and booking is cancelled 6 hours before pickup:
  • โš ๏ธ โ‚น1000 will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • ๐Ÿ’ธ Remaining balance โ†’ 50% Refund
  • โฑ Refund will be processed within 24 hours.

4. When Refund Is NOT Applicable โŒ

  • ๐Ÿš• Driver is already On The Way.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Driver has Reached Pickup Location.
  • ๐Ÿ“ต Customer does not answer calls or does not show up.
  • โš ๏ธ Wrong address provided or last-minute location change.

5. Toll, Parking & Border Tax ๐Ÿšง

๐Ÿงพ Toll, parking charges, state permit and border tax are not included in base fare and are non-refundable.

6. Payment Method Refund ๐Ÿ’ณ

If payment was done via:

  • ๐Ÿ’  Razorpay
  • ๐Ÿ“ฒ UPI / Wallet
  • ๐Ÿฆ Bank Transfer

โžก๏ธ Refund will be sent to the same payment method within 24โ€“48 hours.

7. Cash Advance Refund ๐Ÿ’ต

If booking was made with cash advance, refund will be processed via:

  • ๐Ÿ“ฒ UPI Transfer
  • ๐Ÿฆ Bank Transfer

โฑ Process time: within 24 hours

8. Service Refusal by Company ๐Ÿ›‘

If the booking is cancelled by Yascarryme due to:

  • ๐Ÿš™ Vehicle unavailability
  • ๐Ÿง‘โ€โœˆ๏ธ Driver emergency
  • ๐Ÿ›  Technical issue
  • โ›ˆ Weather / safety issue

๐Ÿ’ฏ Full Refund will be issued.

9. Customer Responsibility ๐Ÿ™‹

  • ๐Ÿ“ Correct pickup location
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Valid mobile number
  • ๐Ÿ“ Accurate booking details
  • ๐Ÿ•’ 24-hour advance confirmation

โš ๏ธ Failure to provide correct information may affect refund eligibility.

10. Final Decision โš–๏ธ

All refund decisions are handled by Yascarryme (OPC) Private Limited management. The company reserves the right to approve or deny refunds as per policy.
