1. Cancellation Policy
A. Car Rental Services
π Before 24 Hours of Pickup Time β 100% refund (No cancellation charges).
π Within 24 Hours of Pickup Time β 50% refund (50% cancellation charges apply).
π At Pickup Time or No-Show β No refund (Full fare will be charged).
B. Membership & Franchise Fees Additional non-returnable items:
Membership Fees (VIP & Prime): Non-refundable once paid.Franchise Fees: Refundable within 7 days of payment, provided no business transactions have been initiated.
C. Investment & Partnership Fees
- Refunds are not applicable on investment-based contributions after 7 days.
2. Refund Policy
β Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
β Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
β If the payment was made via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will reflect in the bank account within the stipulated time.
3. Exceptions
- Force Majeure Events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) β Cancellation rules may be relaxed at our discretion.
- Double Payments or Technical Issues β If a customer is charged twice due to a technical error, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
